Can I amend or cancel my order?

If you change your mind and would like to amend or cancel your order please contact us immediately after placing the order. If the order has not already been dispatched we will work with you to cancel or amend your order

Can I return my order?

We understand that from time to time you may need to return a product to us. We must receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of dispatch of the product to you.  The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.  Once we have received your returned order and are happy with its condition we will issue you with a full refund via the original payment method.

Can I exchange my order?

Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange of products, however, please feel free to return your item and order an alternative size.    

Do you charge delivery?

We offer free delivery for orders in the UK mainland, delivery is 2nd class.  If you require further information on our delivery policy, please go to our delivery policy

Which delivery service do you use?

We send all our parcels via Royal Mail

Can I track my order?

If a tracking number is provided to us by the post office, we will send this on to you. As standard, you will not receive a tracking number

Do you deliver Internationally?

We do not deliver internationally at the moment; this may change in the near future.  If you live outside of the mainland UK and have been looking to order from us, we’d love to hear from you so please feel free to contact us 

What shall I do if I receive my order and it is damaged or faulty?

We quality check all of the garments before they leave our warehouse. In the unlikely event, you should receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us

Which size should I buy?  Finding the best fit for you

We offer a true to size guide based on our model’s measurements, we also link each of our items to the brand’s size guides.  This will give you a great starting point to ensure you are ordering the correct size.  If you are not sure please feel free to contact us

Do you offer Gift Vouchers?

Yes, we do offer gift vouchers which are available in our main collection, if you need any help please feel free to contact us

How often do you get new stock?

We get new seasonal collections every 6-8 weeks

What are the benefits of signing up to the members-only network?

When you sign up to the members only network, you receive exclusive access to the seasonal collections before they go live on our website.  All the seasonal collections are limited so it’s a great chance to get in before the crowd and grab the more bold, unique pieces

How do I know when a new collection is launching?

If you are part of the members only network, you will receive an email to advise you when a new collection is arriving.  You will receive a password that will give you access to the VIP section of the website, you will be able to access the seasonal collection for a limited time before it goes on main sale.  If you are not a member be sure to follow us on our social media for launch information

How do I register an account on the website?

Enter your email address and you will automatically be logged in; you will then receive a password to your email address for log in purposes

How long does an item stay in my Wishlist?

If you are a guest, the item will stay on your wishlist for 30 days and then be removed automatically. If you have a registered account, the items will never disappear from your wishlist
